To use the .wbc picture files as a screen saver or desktop wallpaper first you must download the Webshots Screen Saver from www.webshots.com. I have used several versions of this screen saver over the years on 6 different computers with various versions of windows. It's the only program that I have tried that worked 100% as promised and it never screwed up anything else in the process. It can be configured to operate as a manually started screensaver or automatic, self starting screensaver. It also changes your windows desktop wallpaper, automatically or on command, if you wish. It will also accept .jpg and .bmp photos as well, so you can input your own photos. 1) Download the screensaver from www.webshots.com 2) Install the screensaver. 3) Download .wbc photo files from us or Webshots to your windows desktop. 4) Double click on the .wbc file and Webshots does the rest. Note, Some combinations of operating system and screensaver version will download and install the photos into the screensaver with a single click. Don't be alarmed. It's not a malfunction. Unwanted collections are easily deleted from the Webshots photo manager.
